The Solution

  • Led the team using Agile methodologies to streamline workflows, mentor members, and ensure effective cross-department communication.
  • Designed and produced over 60 high-quality 2D and 3D assets and animations, establishing the game´s visual language and immersion.

Results & Impact

The game was successfully launched and delivered 90% of milestones on schedule as well as secured positive industry feedback by ensuring high artistic quality and efficient production management.
