About Me

Hi, I'm Adrià Pons! 👋
My career in design began on the technical side as a Unity Developer, with over a year of experience shipping 3D applications and games. This role involved a deep focus on UI systems, 3D asset pipelines, and performance optimization, giving me a hands-on understanding of how engineering choices impact the end-user.
This foundation in development now fuels my work as a UX/UI Designer. I am currently completing a Master's in User Experience to combine my technical skills with formal UX design strategy, allowing me to create solutions that are both user-centric and technically sound.
Design Skills
Experience
User Experience Consultant Intern
Capgemini Spain
Contributed to the digital transformation project of the Catalan Government (Generalitat de Catalunya) by defining the UX strategy and information architecture for large-scale public portals and search engines. Over 6 months, I conceptualized 18 accessible interfaces with a 100% technical and business approval rate, streamlining stakeholder alignment. By validating design constraints early and standardizing navigation patterns, I successfully balanced complex regulatory requirements with a unified, scalable citizen experience.
Unity Developer Intern
DigitalTwin Technology GmbH
Developed and optimized a Unity-based 3D website by integrating interactive UI/UX features, multi-language support, and automated build tools, boosting user engagement by 15%, reducing manual build time by 60%, and cutting configuration effort by 35% across WebGL, PC, and mobile platforms.
Art Lead
Shadow Wizard Games Studio
Led the art direction for the indie game Alien: Nemesis, coordinating a 6-member cross-functional team to deliver 90% of milestones on schedule, producing 60+ 2D/3D assets and animations that elevated visual consistency, player immersion, and post-release reception.
